Job summary

Camirand Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Professional to research, plan, and book personalized vacations for clients from a home-based setup. You will support clients with destination research, itinerary creation, and seamless bookings using travel platforms and supplier systems.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer service, with access to ongoing training and industry resources.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and attention to detail.
Able to work independently in a remote setting.
Organize multiple client requests efficiently.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Willingness to learn travel booking systems and supplier platforms.
Sales, hospitality, or travel experience is helpful but not required.
Genuine interest in travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to identify travel preferences and needs.
Research destinations and available options.
Plan and book cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, tours, and other travel experiences.
Create personalized travel recommendations and itineraries.
Communicate with clients throughout planning and booking.
Provide ongoing support before and after travel.
Develop relationships with new and returning clients.
Learn about destinations, travel suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
Participate in travel training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate client and booking information.
