Hope's Global Getaways is a fully remote travel planning company that designs vacations from weddings to luxury getaways. We're expanding our remote team with Social Media Travel Advisors who love travel and customer service.

No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and access to supplier partnerships to turn travelers' ideas into booked experiences across all-inclusive resorts, cruises, and family getaways.

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, social media, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with people across digital platforms.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must reside in an approved region.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients via social media and digital channels.
• Share travel inspiration, destination highlights, and current vacation opportunities.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and trips.
• Support travelers through planning and reservations.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social platforms.
• Ensure reservations are accurate and well documented.
• Stay informed on trends and promotions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.
