Job summary

Passport & Purpose is seeking Travel Booking Pros to build a flexible remote career planning vacations for clients—anywhere with WiFi. You’ll plan trips, book flights and hotels, and tailor recommendations to client budgets and preferences, all from your phone or laptop.

Ideal candidates are travel enthusiasts who communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy working independently. Training and support are provided, with access to many suppliers and travel perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about travel and helping others.
• Comfortable with technology and virtual tools (smartphone or computer).
• Open to learning and growing within the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to plan vacations, group travel, honeymoons, and special events.
• Research and book travel packages including flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, and more.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on budget, destination, and client preferences.
• Build relationships with top travel suppliers and brands.
• Use booking systems and CRM tools (training provided).
• Stay up to date on deals, certifications, and travel promotions.
• Attend virtual trainings and supplier webinars (live or on-demand).
