Job summary

Travel Navigator Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Travel Planner to help clients design and book vacations from initial inquiry to final confirmation.

You will work with clients to understand goals, dates, groups, and budgets, then research destinations, packages, and options that fit their needs and price range. Build customized itineraries, coordinate with suppliers, and review bookings for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or travel is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Clear, friendly communication with a customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients to learn travel goals, dates, group size, and budgets.
• Research destinations, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• Recommend travel options and explain inclusions, pricing, and policies.
