Roamarae Global Travel in the United States is seeking motivated remote Travel Agents to help clients plan and book vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized experiences.

You will deliver personalized recommendations, manage bookings and documentation, and provide excellent service across phone, email, and online channels. Training is provided, with flexible hours and access to travel discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages)
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
