Job summary

Penny's Adventures is seeking a Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book dream vacations. This is a part-time, remote/telecommute position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world and collaborate with a supportive team.

You will communicate with clients, design itineraries, book flights, hotels, and activities, and ensure outstanding service throughout the process. A passion for travel and strong organization are essential.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and destination information.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of bookings and client interactions.
