Job summary

True Adventure Travel is a fully remote travel company seeking a Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book dream vacations. This part-time role offers flexibility to work from anywhere, with opportunities to research destinations, create itineraries, and book flights and hotels.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients' interests and budget.
• Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire booking process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and client interactions.
