Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Virtual Travel Planner. You will assist clients with vacation planning, booking support, destination information, and general travel assistance. No prior travel industry experience is required — we provide complete training to help you succeed. This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule, training, and travel perks to help clients plan memorable trips.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel questions via email, chat, or phone.

• Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations.
• Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages.
• Take notes and maintain accurate records.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Learn and use the travel tools provided during training.
