Job summary

Roamarae Global Travel is seeking motivated, customer-focused Remote Travel Agents to plan and book vacations—cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized experiences. This work-from-home role rewards excellent service and travel passion, with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules.

You will assist clients, provide tailored recommendations, stay updated on deals, and manage bookings and documentation. Training is provided for all new hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages).
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
