Job summary

Roamarae Global Travel is seeking enthusiastic Remote Travel Advisors to help clients plan and book cruises, resorts, and customized vacations. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling for those passionate about travel and customer service.

You will assist clients via phone, email, and online tools, stay current on promotions and destinations, and provide personalized recommendations. Training is provided, with travel discounts and opportunities for growth along the way.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Interest in travel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements (cruises, flights, hotels, vacation packages)
• Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs and budgets
• Stay current on travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online tools
• Handle reservations, payments, and travel documentation
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the client’s travel journey
