Job summary

Roamarae Global Travel is seeking motivated, customer-focused Remote Travel Agents to help clients plan and book vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized experiences from home.

You will communicate via phone, email, and online platforms, provide personalized recommendations, manage bookings, and deliver excellent service before, during, and after travel. Training is provided, with flexibility and access to travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for travel is a plus.
• No prior experience required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages)
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
