Roamarae Global Travel is seeking motivated, customer-focused Remote Travel Agents to help clients plan and book vacations, including cruises and all-inclusive packages. You will work from home with a flexible schedule and receive ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities include arranging travel, offering personalized recommendations, and handling bookings and documentation while providing excellent service before, during, and after travel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages).
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
