Job summary

Sally's All-Inclusive Cruises & Travel is seeking a dedicated Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan enjoyable travel experiences from home, researching destinations, cruises, and personalized recommendations.

You will assist with trip planning, including accommodations, activities, and transportation arrangements; respond promptly to inquiries; maintain booking records; support travelers before, during, and after trips.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, itineraries, travel, including cruises. Experiences tailored to client preferences.
• Assist with trip planning, including accommodations, activities, and transportation arrangements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Maintain organized and accurate client and booking records.
• Provide support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and workflow efficiency.
