Travel Navigator Co. is seeking an Entry-Level Remote Travel Agent to join our team. No travel industry experience is required as full training and support are provided to help you learn how to plan and book vacations for clients.

You will assist clients with cruises, resorts, and vacation packages, gather preferences, and coordinate with suppliers. This remote position offers flexible scheduling and ongoing development as you grow in the travel field.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a new industry
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
• Speak with clients to learn about their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research travel options and share recommendations that fit each client
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details
• Review bookings to make sure all information is accurate and complete
• Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online messaging platforms
• Keep organized records of client information and bookings
• Learn our booking systems, procedures, and customer service standards
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
