This fully remote role emphasizes independent work, strong organization, and ongoing support. Training and access to supplier networks help you build expertise in destinations and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather details about client preferences, destinations of interest, travel dates, budget range, activities, and special requests.
• Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, attractions, and vacation packages that align with each request.
• Review available possibilities and help clients identify options that best match their priorities.
• Coordinate selected services through approved supplier systems and booking resources.
• Organize confirmations, schedules, reservation information, deadlines, and other important planning details.
• Monitor outstanding items and follow up with clients when additional information or decisions are needed.
• Provide clear updates and assist with routine planning adjustments when circumstances change.
• Maintain accurate records while expanding knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation experiences.
