Job summary

Moore Vacations is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. You will assist clients with travel research, reservations, supplier communications, and itinerary support from a remote environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys helping others, and comfortable using online systems and communication tools. Prior experience in service industries is helpful but not required, and you will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Research travel options and provide information based on client needs and preferences.
• Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability, reservation details, schedules, and travel-related information.
• Support clients throughout the reservation process and help ensure booking details are accurate and complete.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and travel-related information.
• Follow established company procedures and customer service standards.
• Monitor reservations and assist with travel-related updates when needed.
