Job summary

Truedirectionhi is seeking a Travel Services Advisor to help clients research, select, and coordinate travel arrangements, from planning through completion.

You will communicate with clients to understand preferences, research options, and manage reservations, while staying organized in a fully remote role. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling and ongoing support as you grow in travel industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and needs.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel services.
• Provide travel options and recommendations based on client preferences.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and itinerary details.
• Communicate confirmations, updates, and important travel information.
• Assist with changes, special requests, and adjustments to travel plans.
• Maintain accurate client, reservation, and itinerary information.
• Communicate with travel partners and service providers when needed.
• Help resolve questions and provide timely client support.
• Stay informed about destinations, travel services, and industry trends.
