Destination Knot is seeking a remote Travel Assistant to support clients with travel research, reservations, and coordination. You will communicate updates and confirm details, while building knowledge of destinations and travel products.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel research, reservation requests, and booking coordination.
• Communicate with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and answer general questions.
• Research accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel options based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Monitor booking confirmations, changes, deadlines, and other booking details.
• Work with travel suppliers and reservation platforms.
• Follow established booking procedures and supplier requirements.
• Provide professional, responsive support throughout the travel-planning process.
• Build knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel products.
