No prior travel industry experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow within the travel field and develop your own client network with the team’s backing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional and dependable.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.
• Willing to learn new booking platforms and travel supplier systems.
• Comfortable using computers and online technology.
• Able to manage their own schedule and follow up with clients.
• Interested in travel, hospitality, customer service, or vacation planning.
• Motivated to develop their knowledge and grow within the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Help clients compare travel options.
• Create personalized vacation quotes and itineraries.
• Coordinate accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Provide professional customer service and travel support.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and travel requirements.
• Complete supplier and destination training.
• Maintain accurate client and booking information.
• Develop relationships with new and returning travelers.
• Promote travel services through networking, referrals, and social media.
• Participate in team training and mentorship opportunities.
