Job summary

Blyss Journeys is expanding its remote team to recruit Travel Advisors who enjoy helping clients plan diverse travel experiences. In this role, you will learn about clients’ interests, budget, destinations, and expectations to research options and coordinate arrangements.

Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing resources are provided to build destination, supplier, and industry knowledge and support client success.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete training and continue learning.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Customer service or client-facing experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Discuss travel needs, preferences, dates, and budgets with clients.
• Research destinations and options based on requests.
• Compare resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and activities.
• Provide clients with relevant options and recommendations.
• Coordinate reservations and review booking details for accuracy.
• Organize confirmations, itineraries, and other information.
• Track deadlines and outstanding client needs.
• Maintain accurate digital client records.
• Communicate updates and answer questions throughout the planning process.
• Provide pre-departure information and follow-up support.
• Continue developing destination, supplier, and industry knowledge.
• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
