This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, catering to those who are passionate about travel and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey. Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are essential, while no prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for interaction with clients.
• Basic proficiency in using computers is needed for booking and documentation.
• Candidates should be organized and able to work independently.

• Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs and budgets
• Stay current on travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online tools
• Handle reservations, payments, and travel documentation
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the client’s travel journey
