Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a transactional attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working remotely is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and agreements.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on transactional matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys.
• Participate in business development activities.
