Titanwh is actively seeking a T&C manager to develop Trainee Financial Planners and ensure their competency in the financial services sector. This remote-based role involves supporting a portfolio of advisers and requires travel for relationship building.

Qualifications

• Current experience supervising Financial Planners in Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of Pensions, Investments and Protection.
• In-depth knowledge of Training & Competency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Financial Planners and ensure compliance.
• Deliver training and assessments for new entrants.
• Collaborate with Training & Development team on objectives.
