Job summary

Alliance Laundry System is seeking a proactive Trade Marketing Specialist Intern to support the CIH Marketing team during the Summer 2027 program. This remote internship offers exposure to trade shows, retailer communications, and marketing project coordination, with travel to Ripon, Wisconsin as needed.

The role is ideal for students pursuing Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business who want hands-on experience in events, retailer support, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities with deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in event logistics, expenses, inventories, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Interest in trade marketing, event coordination, retailer support, or sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Trade Marketing leadership with trade show and event coordination.
• Support credit card expense management and reporting for events.
• Help facilitate the monthly retailer newsletter, content gathering and distribution.
• Partner with Sales, retailers, and distributors to respond to marketing requests.
• Maintain inventories of physical and digital marketing assets.
• Track and manage monthly marketing expenses.
• Gather information from stakeholders to support projects and events.
• Turn marketing ideas into actionable plans with timelines and resources.
• Support additional CIH Marketing projects as assigned.
