Scale Army Careers is seeking a Trade & Growth Marketing Manager for a leading national consumer brand. This role blends B2B retail marketing with D2C growth, using retailer data and AI-enabled workflows to improve campaigns and materials.

The position is fully remote with a 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule, offering ownership across marketing disciplines and collaboration with leadership. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in related marketing and strong data-driven skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, growth marketing, B2B retail marketing, or related commercial marketing.
• Experience supporting retailers, distributors, wholesale partners, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and using A/B testing to improve performance.
• Experience creating sales decks, retailer presentations, category materials, or other buyer-facing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Develop B2B marketing initiatives that keep the brand relevant and valuable to retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners.
• Turn product, category, point-of-sale, routing, and sales data into clear insights and compelling retailer-facing messaging.
• Support retailer conversations, resets, launches, category reviews, and commercial priorities with relevant marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities to keep the brand top-of-mind with retail buyers through targeted communications, newsletters, industry opportunities, and thought leadership.
• Partner closely with leadership and sales to align marketing with commercial priorities and retailer relationships.
