Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and optimize automated testing solutions across enterprise apps. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and collaborate with test engineers, developers, business stakeholders, and client teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the United States. 8+ years of QA and Tosca expertise, active Tosca certification, and experience with Tosca Commander,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Advanced expertise in designing, developing, and executing Tosca automation solutions.
• Active Tricentis Tosca certification (AS1, AS2, or AE1).
• Experience automating web applications, APIs, web services, and database validations using Tosca.
• Strong experience creating reusable automation assets, test cases, and framework components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute Tosca automation solutions for web apps, APIs, and databases.
• Build reusable Test Step Blocks, test cases, and automation frameworks aligned with requirements.
• Manage test data with Tosca TDM and Test Data Service to support executions.
• Remediate and enhance large-scale Tosca suites for stability and coverage.
• Lead and mentor automation engineers and provide execution reporting and defect analysis.
