Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Tosca Automation Engineer to support enterprise-scale SAP testing and integration projects. You will design, build, and maintain Tosca-based automated tests, validating end-to-end business processes and ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP and connected systems.

The role emphasizes data-driven automation, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to QA best practices, with remote work preference to Mountain time hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
• 3+ years hands-on experience developing automated test solutions using Tosca.
• Experience testing SAP applications with OTC/RTR or Plan-to-Stock.
• Strong knowledge of integration testing methodologies and end-to-end processes.
• Experience designing data-driven and parameterized automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
• Preferred: Tosca Automation Specialist Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application integration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated Tosca tests for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Create reusable automation modules, libraries, and data-driven test assets to improve coverage.
• Automate critical business workflows and end-to-end test scenarios aligned with requirements.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and troubleshoot failures with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts, functional teams, and developers to validate integrations across SAP and connected systems.
• Support defect tracking, triage, and lifecycle management while ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and automation best practices.
