Job summary

CANDA Solutions, LLC is seeking a Full Time Background Field Investigator to support federal investigations from a remote home office. You will conduct one-on-one subject and source interviews, review records, and produce detailed reports in accordance with Federal Investigative Standards.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with Federal BI contract experience.
• Willingness to travel locally daily.
• Home office with high-speed internet and fax line; laptop provided by government customer.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct federal background investigations and prepare reports meeting Federal Investigative Standards.
• Travel to job sites, residences, and educational institutions as required.
• Review records thoroughly to resolve material issues and assess subject qualifications.
• Produce timely, high-quality investigative reports meeting production metrics.
