Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a TMF Quality Project Manager or Records Mgmt Analyst to work remotely, primarily supporting LATAM regions. The role focuses on trial master file management, imaging, transfer, and records disposition across multiple studies and sites.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in records management or related field, and at least four years in a technical records environment with TMF oversight experience. Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Records Management or related field.
• 4+ years in a records management environment.
• Experience with TMF oversight, review or reconciliation across clinical studies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer, imaging, scanning, retention and disposition of project records.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or support project teams, managing scope, timelines and resources.
• Train staff on records management tasks and procedures.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Oversee disposal of obsolete records and maintain storage space.
