ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review, and curative actions.

You will work with Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure site control documents meet investor and financing requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, project management, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables while coordinating with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Minimum five years reviewing title commitments, policies and land docs for energy projects
  • Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and outside consultants
  • Strong analysis of title exceptions, mortgage restrictions, easement requirements, and curative solutions
  • Experience interpreting ALTA/NSPS surveys and title documents
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel for tracking, reporting, and review
  • Strong written communication for title reports and status updates
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energy development, project finance, and title insurance underwriting

Responsibilities

  • Review title commitments and related documents for energy projects
  • Populate and maintain title review spreadsheets
  • Prepare Title Status Reports on findings, risks, and financing
  • Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments
  • Review ALTA/NSPS surveys for compliance with investor requirements
  • Evaluate easements and rights affecting project constructability
  • Coordinate curative actions with stakeholders
  • Support mineral title review for mineral coverage
  • Attend meetings and provide bi-weekly status updates
