Qualifications

• Must have sales experience.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where Hilton Grand Vacations has an active broker relationship.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort‑based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation with a “One Team” mindset; work independently and with key partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all sales meetings and trainings via Microsoft Teams.
• Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook with basic proficiency.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Carry sales responsibilities and drive results.
• Ensure alignment with state broker requirements where applicable.
