Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in risk management or information security, strong communication, and deep regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 6+ years of related experience including 4+ years in Third Party Risk Management or information security.
• Self-directed and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with internal business partners.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of assessments.
• Knowledge of third-party risk governance, policies, and organizational structures.
• Understanding of relevant legal and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party relationships to identify and evaluate risks across multiple domains.
• Perform due diligence on third-party suppliers to ensure they meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize exposure.
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to ensure risk provisions in contracts.
• Prepare and present reports on risk management activities to senior management.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and best practices related to third-party risk.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on third-party risk policies.
• Assist executives in adopting a more rigorous risk posture and portfolio reduction.
