Job summary

Rula is expanding its telehealth provider network in Washington. We offer 1099 contractor roles with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, enabling you to choose your hours while focusing on client care.

Therapists receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and biweekly direct deposit, with additional protections for no-shows and cancellations. WA licensure and telehealth capability are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Washington state license as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Must have a valid NPI number.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral health therapy to clients via telehealth.
• Manage schedules and client referrals within Rula network.
• Maintain clinical notes and documentation.
