Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. LMHCs and other eligible licenses join as 1099 contractors, with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. We handle credentialing, insurance enrollment, billing, and the EHR so you can focus on care.

You decide how many clients to see and when. We provide referrals and case consultations, plus a CEU subscription for ongoing professional development. This role is remote with WA licensure required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC telehealth sessions and complete client notes.
• Maintain session documentation and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with billing and insurance processes.
