Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, delivering telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation is $80 per hourly 53-minute session, with guaranteed biweekly payment and protection for no-shows and cancellations. Remote work is available, with additional in-person incentives and full billing/admin handled by Rula.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients.
• Maintain notes and documentation in the EHR system.
• Manage client scheduling with full autonomy and no minimum caseload.
