Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking remote Licensed Clinicians in Delaware to provide individual therapy to seniors. The ideal candidates will be experienced in mental health counseling, especially for the geriatric population. Responsibilities include utilizing wellness-based methods, conducting therapy sessions online, and assisting seniors with transitions related to retirement. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted Delaware state license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.
• Experience working with clients aged 65+ and understanding of aging.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy utilizing a wellness-based model.
• Utilize CBT and other solution-focused approaches for treatment.
