Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral health care via telehealth. As an LMHC/LMFT/LICSW partner, you will conduct 53-minute sessions and be paid $80 per hourly session, with biweekly direct deposit and no-show protections.

You control your schedule, have private practice-like autonomy, and receive credentialing support to enroll with insurance partners. Rula provides admin support, calendar referrals, and ongoing clinician community resources.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), LICSW, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services via telehealth to clients in Washington and beyond as appropriate.
• Complete sessions, notes, and documentation per session.
• Rula handles billing, claims, the EHR, technical support, and other administrative tasks; you focus on sessions and client care.
