Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed therapists to deliver telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. Providers will work as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Rula handles billing, claims, the EHR, insurance enrollment, and most admin tasks so you can focus on client care while seeing sessions and notes. In-person sessions offer an additional $20 per session when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the WA-licensed mental health professions (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC).
• NPI number required and active.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to Washington clients.
• Maintain client notes and session documentation.
• Navigate the administrative onboarding and collaborate with the Rula team on referrals and scheduling.
