Job summary

BetterHelp is a remote, contract-based role aimed at supporting therapists on the platform. You will manage tickets, provide timely guidance, and collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Legal teams to enhance therapist engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a contact center delivering email, chat, and phone support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
• Ability to multi-task in various systems
• Skilled in handling escalated or complex inquiries, including cross-functional collaboration
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to support new initiatives and strategic projects
• Ability to work independently, as this is a remote team
• Free BetterHelp accounts for all team members

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 500–600 tickets per week, addressing inquiries from therapists with efficiency and accuracy
• Handle escalated or complex issues requiring cross-team coordination
• Identify trends or recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams to recommend process improvements
• Maintain deep knowledge of platform tools, policies, and procedures to guide therapists effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance therapist experience
• Support new initiatives and projects that aim to improve therapist engagement and retention
