Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Therapeutic Specialist to advance the Tzield franchise across the San Francisco Bay Area in a remote, field-based role. You will educate endocrinologists, diabetes specialists, and other healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive appropriate Tzield utilization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage territory plans, and use data-driven insights to optimize outcomes for patients at risk for Type 1 Diabetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare related experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic territory business plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary promotional representative educating healthcare professionals on Tzield's clinical data, patient identification, and treatment journey.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with endocrinologists, pediatric endocrinologists, diabetes specialists, advanced practice providers, and key office personnel.
• Deliver compliant product education that drives clinical understanding and confidence in Tzield.
• Leverage clinical acumen to engage customers in scientific and value-based discussions.
• Gather customer insights and market intelligence to inform territory and account strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans aligned with regional and national objectives.
• Analyze business trends, referral patterns, and market dynamics to maximize territory performance.
• Utilize CRM platforms, analytics, and BI tools to drive execution excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional field team and cross-functional partners to ensure coordinated engagement.
