Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication are required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in on samples.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for artifacts, typography, and audio-video consistency.
• Writing explanations in English describing what looked or sounded off.
