Job summary

M Sargent Solution and Associates is seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) licensed in the State of Texas for a 100% remote opportunity. The role includes reviewing, signing, and delivering survey deliverables across boundaries, ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, and related documents.

The ideal candidate will work independently in a remote setting, provide guidance to CAD technicians and field crews, and ensure quality control before client delivery, while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• RPLS license issued by Texas TBPELS and in good standing.
• Review and sign survey deliverables including boundary, ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, and descriptions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication.
• Provide guidance to CAD technicians and field crews as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign Boundary Surveys and related survey documents.
• Perform quality control before client delivery of surveys.
• Coordinate project priorities with Operations Manager and monitor schedules.
• Assist in resolving boundary and title-related questions.
