Your Legacy Legal Care® is seeking an experienced attorney to handle Texas Medicaid planning and applications in an Associate capacity. You will meet with clients, counsel on affordable strategies, and collaborate with a dedicated Medicaid Team and Managing Attorney.

The role offers a mostly virtual work environment, a strong compensation package, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing firm focused on elder law. Salary ranges reflect experience and client origination potential.

Qualifications

• Accredited law degree and active Texas Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of hands-on Texas Medicaid-planning experience.
• Knowledge of public benefits systems (SSA, Medicare, Medicaid).

Responsibilities

• Consult with pre-qualified clients to assess needs and explain services.
• Draft and review legal documents for Medicaid planning and asset protection.
• Convey value proposition of the firm’s services clearly and empathetically.
• Communicate with Intake, Sales and Medicaid Team, Managing Attorney.
• Maintain client confidentiality and secure data handling.
• Report hours and case progress via CRM.
• Develop community education and public relations activities.
• Prepare post-consultation summaries for clients.
