Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company, is seeking a Texas Certified Teacher to join the online Live Learning Platform as a flexible, remote tutor. You’ll bring classroom expertise to a remote tutoring environment—setting your own schedule, earning competitive rates, and making a real impact on students' lives.

Earn up to $40/hour with incremental pay for each session with the same student and payments issued up to twice per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas Teaching Certificate.
• Deep knowledge in your certified subject area(s) with ability to connect K-12 concepts to student needs.
• Demonstrated classroom teaching experience in a Texas setting with TEKS alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests as available.
