Varsity Tutors is seeking Texas-certified teachers to join our Live Learning Platform as remote tutors. You will leverage your classroom experience to deliver 1-on-1 online instruction, set your schedule, and earn competitive rates.

Earn up to $40/hour, with payments issued up to twice per week. You control your hours and teach from home using our AI-assisted tools to enhance sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Teaching Certificate (Required).
• Deep knowledge of your certified subject area(s) and TEKS standards.
• Experience teaching in a Texas classroom setting with 1-on-1 instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available.
• Instruct using multiple methods to meet student needs and learning styles.
