Emory & Henry University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This remote faculty position includes limited on-campus responsibilities, including approximately three weeks annually for course intensives, commencement, and activities related to program accreditation.

We seek a faculty member who will contribute to our CACREP-accredited M.S.

Qualifications

Earned doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from CACREP-accredited program.
Licensed as LPC or equivalent and able to maintain licensure.
Excellence or potential in graduate-level online teaching.
Established research agenda or potential for scholarly productivity.
Commitment to inclusive teaching and diverse populations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Teach graduate courses in Clinical Mental Health Counseling online with on-campus intensives.
Advise and mentor master's students.
Provide clinical supervision for practicum and internship students.
Maintain a research agenda with publications and presentations.
Participate in program governance and accreditation activities.
Contribute to department and university service and professional organizations.
Support curriculum and accreditation development.
Maintain a strong virtual presence with students and colleagues.
