Job summary

Vituity seeks Teleurgent Care Physicians to join a 100% physician-owned partnership with autonomy and local control. Tele visits are provided to patients through a video platform, with a focus on continuous care.

Must be Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, and hold a CA state medical license. Hours typical 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Stockton area collaboration through Community Medical Centers.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Current California state medical license is required.
• Must be able to care for patients of all ages.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Tele visits for Community Medical Centers in Stockton, CA.
• Patient encounters conducted via a video platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemedicine visits to patients via video platform.
• Coordinate care with local community partners.
• Deliver high-quality physician-led teleurgent care.
