Synergy Radiology is a physician-owned, fully remote teleradiology group seeking Diagnostic, Neuro, MSK, ER, and General Radiologists to join our growing team.

This role offers flexible schedules (7 on / 7 off or 7 on / 14 off) with evenings 5 PM–1 AM EST or overnights 11 PM–7 AM EST. Remote from anywhere, compensation is productivity-based via wRVU, with top performers exceeding $1M annually.

Compensation Model:

• 7.5 wRVU/hr: approximately $330–390 per hour
• 10 wRVU/hr: approximately $440–520 per hour

• Dedicated 24/7 coordinator support handling administrative tasks, criticals, and communication
• 24/7 IT support and troubleshooting
