Job summary

Legion Health is seeking psychiatrists to provide psychiatric care through telehealth from a fully remote setup in the United States. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with compensation ranging from $300K to $500K per year based on patient-care hours.

The position includes extensive administrative and credentialing support, malpractice coverage, and access to premium tools. We offer weekly pay and a strong focus on clinical autonomy and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including MH history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
