Legion Health is a technology-forward psychiatry company offering fully remote telehealth psychiatry roles in the United States. We provide clinical autonomy with comprehensive administrative, credentialing, and technical support, including malpractice insurance and AI-enabled tools.

We offer flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time engagement, with compensation ranging from $300K to $500K per year based on patient-care hours, and weekly pay in a collaborative, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• An active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
